On the evening of the 29th and all day on the 30th, approximately 20 seminarians from Conception attended the Men of Valor conference in Olathe, KS, held at the College Church of the Nazarene. The conference included talks by keynote speakers Dr. Mark Laaser and Dr. Scott Hahn.
The seminarians also were able to attend a luncheon with Dr. Scott Hahn along with priests and Archbishop Naumann of the Archdiocese of Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Hahn's luncheon talk focused on the need of the priesthood and the extraordinary vocation that is the priesthood. The conference focused on sexuality, chastity, and how to live a pure life in an unpure world.
