The Language, Culture and Church program, formed in 1998, is designed for seminarians from non-English-speaking lands. It provides them with English-language skills and assistance in adapting to the Church in the United States, where they hope to someday minister. Participants must have sponsorship from a U.S. diocese.

Based on a proven ESL (English as a Second Language) method, the LCC program provides extensive tutoring and classes in English grammar, reading, speaking and comprehension. Because Conception Seminary College is a fully accredited college, LCC students are able to make an easy transition to a the full college program.
