Conception 360º
Conception 360 is a day in the life of the Conception community communicated through photos. Everyone was encouraged to engage in creative expression through digital photography. The restriction was that all the pictures had to be taken on a specified day. That day was Thursday, May 7th, 2009.
The response was overwhelming. We received over 1,000 digital images from the day from 16 photographers. These photographers were seminarians, faculty, monks and priests. The images were compiled, selected and printed in the Conception 360 publication just one week after the photo date. The publication is now available online.
Rather than communicate our life through words, this projected aimed to do so through images.
