Electronic reserves are available through the library catalog. You will need your student ID and the course password, provided by your instructor, to access the files.
Items that professors have set aside for their classes are located on the Reserve shelves. They are located just to your left as you enter the books stacks on the first floor.
Each item on Reserve has a white band around it with the check out period listed on the top of the band.
To check out an item:
- Remove the yellow card from the item.
- Fill in your name and date on the card.
- Place the card in the box located on the shelf.
When finished with an item:
- Retrieve the card from the box and draw a line through your name and date.
- Place the card back in the item.
- Return the item to the Reserve shelf in its proper place.
If an item is marked Library Use Only, it should not be removed from the library.
If your course has a course folder on the network:
Run or Map a Drive to your computer to access the folder
