Title IX
In compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the College prohibits sex discrimination in its education programs and activities except where differential treatment on the basis of sex is specifically permitted by law or otherwise required or permitted by the authoritative teachings of the Catholic Church as set forth by the Magisterium. Persons wishing to raise a concern or complaint of sex discrimination should contact the College’s Title IX Coordinator as follows:

As it pertains to sexual harassment, which is a form of sex discrimination, the College has promulgated its Title IX: Sexual Harassment Policy that prohibits sexual harassment and specifies grievance procedures for complaints of sexual harassment, including the process by which such complaints will be investigated and resolved. The Title IX: Sexual Harassment Policy is available here. Persons wishing to submit reports or complaints of sexual harassment should contact the Title IX Coordinator at the contact information specified above.
